OUR BOARD and COMMITTEES
The Silk’n Sounds board provides critical support
for the musical leadership and members of the
chorus. The board is elected to manage the business
of the chapter which includes: developing and
implementing a budget to support the annual music
plan developed by the Music Team, making decisions
about, and overseeing activities of a non-musical
nature in a manner that encourages the musical
flourishing of the chorus and sustains the musical
goals and strategies of the Music Team. Permanent
and ad hoc Committees may handle dedicated tasks
within the chapter (for example, Ways and Means).
